Watch

Watch

Watch is a South African-born digital and social empowerment company created to address unemployment, underrepresentation, and exploitation of Black talent across the African continent.

We are a Black-owned initiative, created by Black people, for Black people, focused on building platforms that create opportunity, visibility, and fair value.

Why Watch Was Founded?

South Africa faces one of the highest unemployment rates globally, with young Black people disproportionately affected by economic exclusion and underpayment.

While global digital platforms profit from African participation, many creators and contributors receive little to no long-term value in return.

Watch was founded to build African-owned platforms that prioritize fairness, ownership, transparency, and sustainable opportunity.

Partnership with Radiant Essence Beauty Pageant

Watch is proud to partner with the Radiant Essence Beauty Pageant, a platform celebrating confidence, creativity, and self-expression while creating exposure and future opportunities for participants.
